Brewed 18 g of Dark Roast in AeroPress/Prismo with 250 ml of 95° water. Immersion brew & Medium grind size. Strong like Starbucks but with more complexity and less bitter. Very dry beans too. Nice value for the money. Drank black. Very nice cup of coffee. We usually do a Peaberry Medium roast, and your Dark Roast is easier to make strong without getting bitter/over-extracted. That was our usual 2-minute immersion brew. Tip: If you’re not familiar with the Prismo attachment for the AeroPress – makes immersion brew easy – a bit like French Press, but careful not to squeeze grounds at the end. Stop pressing at first hissing sound. The AeroPress: I purchased the real deal in the US. The Prismo attatchment was from Lazada, but works like the real thing.
